How We Operate

CPC works as a hub of knowledge and different experiences in child protection. Counselor, social workers, legal officer and police are part of a multi-sectoral staff coordinated by a children officer. A management committee, elected within the local stakeholders and composed by civil society members as well as governmental officers from different Ministries and religious leaders, is supervising the activities carried out at the centre; it serves as the overall management board of the CPC and it provides guidance to the team through the manager. The area advisory council, within which the management committee is elected, ultimately oversees and defines child protection strategies for the whole region.
